BATHROOM
Classic elegant bathroom remodel leveraging a limited footprint. This Oak Park, IL couple were heavily involved in curating the design, material choice, and overall vision of the space.
Powder Room
For this particular project, we had to go through various permission measures to ensure our work followed stringent standards. We even opened up an adjacent closet to create a larger footprint.  This was completed on time and within budget.
Coachhouse
Great project, loads of fun.  This one bedroom guesthouse sits on the property of an Italian Victorian home.  This space is situated atop of a 3 car garage and exudes a feeling of living in an urban tree-house.
